Just like any business, they want to make it hard to stop paying them.
I know they may make it a little difficult. It's worth going in to get it taken care of. That way there's no "miss" communication and they try to say you didn't cancel, when you did. Get it in writing "membership canceled." All in all, great gym, plenty of equipment and the staff is great.
