For 10 bucks how long & how many times a week can you use the gym ? I dont like like gym contracts .the last one was at pres & first lady it turned into a nightmare never dealt with another gym after that .having someone tring to jack ur credit up

It's one year contract, unlimited access. After a year it'll be month to month.

There is a month-to-month option. It'll cost more than $10 but you have the option to opt out at any time.

They are friendly and dont bother you as long as your membership is current

You can stay in gym all week lol.. it's unlimited..
