Happened to my mom, there was one 2 people l cooking ordering and serving. It's not the workers it's the owner or the person responsible for calling in backups
I have talked with corporate about this location. As always they just give free food when you call. They never fix the issue at this location. After the remodel things went even worse. My suggestion is go to another place. Or keep calling corporate.
Marlee, waiting that long is ridiculous. This is poor service and regardless of the size of the order this should not have happened. From time to time there is the occasional large order placed in a drive-thru. In this case the location should have had the customer pull forward. Management should have acknowledged the situation and kept the line moving. Recently the US had 30,000 layoffs. We will see the service industry start to get better soon. Hopefully, those who don't take care of their customers are the only ones impacted.
Marlee, most of the time Wendys are pretty good about getting the cars thru unless the folks that have BIG orders like for many people when personally I feel those particular orders should go inside!
Yeah, unfortunately the wait times inside aren't much better at this location. This is the absolute slowest service I've dealt with and it's every time we go to this location. I'm sorry you had to wait that long. That's just ridiculous.

That's the norm for this place. I recommend bringing board games or something to watch netflix on while you wait. Or just go somewhere else. That works too
