Actually we work by size, color,amount of detail and placement., we do also charge by the hour but it is up to the artist you speak to if he is going to do an hourly fee (generally a project of 3hrs or more)
Does anybody know someone who works by hour? I don’t want something with color. But it’s not small size either.
Size AND color...sometimes could be smaller and more expensive...because of the colors...and the time they take...
