I just got my first piercing by Chelsea and I couldn’t be happier! She did such a good job on my ear piercing that I didn’t even feel more than a pinch. No pain, no swelling, and no tears. She is very professional, informative, and understanding. She takes the time to explain what will happen and will walk you through the process. If you are getting a piercing then I would recommend Chelsea 100%! I also like that she uses medical grade earrings and they’re hypoallergenic.

This shop comes highly recommended by numerous friends who have had work done here. We came today for my son. Chels did my 10 year old son’s earring today and she was wonderful! The placement is excellent, and she was so kind and patient. She lay out everything and opened the floor for questions or concerns and made us very comfortable. She really did a great job maintaining his confidence and she was informative and clean/safe. The shop was clean and required a birth certificate for him, and an ID for him and I both to make sure that I was his parent. Very nice shop… clean, easy to get into, nice on the phone, and took all the steps to do things the proper way. As a parent knowing that gun piercings aren’t the best option and a professional piercer is ideal, I did a lot of research before picking the shop we went to, and I’m so glad I went with this one. They made this mama feel like I made a responsible and safe choice, which means everything when you’re the client, but even more when your child is the client. Very satisfied. We will be back! Thank you Chels, he loves his earring!

Amazing tattoo art work, very professional and courteous, and always a fun place for ink and piercings. Frank is my go-to tat guy and he never disappoints!! I've even taken my daughter here to get her ears pierced and Chelsea is absolutely wonderful!

Mr. Darnell, I would be happy to edit my comment if you would like to be professional about it. Ron did work in your shop and did a gorgeous tatt for my daughter. I came in 5 mos ago very excited for the design I had in mind. I didn't know it was going to look bad till the next day, damage was done. You don't know me so please do not shout me down. I meant no harm... just don't use Ron. The msg sent before I could revise it. Saying he doesn't work there anymore would have been more appropriate. It is not fixed as I cannot afford it yet. I'm not sure it can be fixed. This was devastating to me as it was my second one ever and it is not even nice. I don't know your protocol and honestly, I figured if I came back then someone would take revenge on my wrist. I'm sure you would understand better if for a few seconds you thought about it. I cry when I look at my wrist as this is what I look at in my time of need to keep me strong and now I just see regret and humiliation.

This place is great for tattoos but I would go elsewhere for piercings. Their piercer pierced my wife's septum in the wrong spot (through the cartillige) and when told about it her response was oh well it happens. No concern or offer of even an apology.
