Must be 18 parents and guardians can not sign for a tattoo and shop minimum is $40 and goes up from there depending on what's being done size detail and in your case it would start at $80 amd go up from there

You have to be 18 for a tattoo. As for charge it just depends on how big, what size and who your artist is.
