Why does no one in store answer the phone.

I don't know. I think they are too busy helping the customers in customer service and the checkout lanes

Never called them so I can't help on this question.

They actually answer the phone for the grocery "Pick Up". I ordered a few items online and assumed that I could park there, call them and get curbside assistance. But I had to go in. I'm not sure of any other department.
