I don't understand why you don't want to pay for cashiers. I thought you all were about the people and trying to make everything affordable. You don't want to help your community by taking away jobs.

I was stopped at the door by an employee to check the contents of my basket. She scanned 2 items and kept on scanning. I pointed out that I had no electronics, no clothing and no office supplies. I only had groceries for ONE WEEK, so why was I being treated like a criminal. She ignored me, and continued to paw her way thru my bags and scan at least 5 more items. I demanded to speak to a manager. She said I was free to go. I demanded to speak to a manager again. She said they weren't here yet. I said, "So you're telling me that there's no manager of any kind in the entire store?". No. If she was telling the truth, then that's pathetic. If she was lying that's even more pathetic.
