Ashley Castillo, sorry that, that was your experience with Targets Customer Service over the phone. Target usually has above and beyond awesome Customer Service, online, In Person, and over the phone. I am not doubting your experience, but sorry that it happened. I would strongly advise that you ask for Mgmt, and let them know what happened. Any time that you call the store, they know what Dept takes the call and also, the name of the individual in that Department that is assisting that Customer, be it in store, or over the phone 🙂. No matter what changes on the shelves, Targets Customer Loyalty to their Customers, and Customer Service, remains the same. And Angimero Lebrons info is correct also. If you have the style number have that handy, and request the Guest Service department so they can transfer your call from there.
