Photo center technically is no longer a separate department, but not sure what services you can get/when, if the usual workers are not there. Sorry, not helpful!

Photo center in middle of store entrance is staffed at 9am
The photo center opens at 9am
Not sure I very rarely rarely go to walmart it's not the cheapest place to shop
