I am not sure of the address but the tickets are at the family center and you don't go through any gate.
For future use, the address to pick up graduation tickets/information (if you are on the access list) will be at the main Nex on base at 2845 Green Bay Rd Bldg. #3452, Great Lakes, IL 60088. This is not where graduation takes place, but rather where civilians can meet their sailors after they've completed boot camp graduation and have transfered to this base.
