Yes and No. It is a public baseball field but if people are playing on it either for fun or a real game it would be common sense not to take your dog on the field

Wat r ur hours? Wz walk’n my dog last nite & THREE SUV COPS/1 K9 come2let me the park wz closed. Gates were all open. I live next 2Soto, Once back home I’ll ck 4 posted hours (My dogs only poo @home)
