Yes the Matheson Memorial Library in Elkhorn will be open. We will be open our normal Monday hours which are 830am- 8pm. Our website has a calendar of activities available.
They're not usually open on federal holidays but I have stuff due that holiday Monday so they might be. I haven't seen a sign on their doors stating otherwise.
