Great resource. Not sure why some employees speak so loudly. I thought libraries should be quiet? Also the heat is on SO HIGH it's intolerable. But again great resource and great library. 5 stars!!

You have to actually take them in to the library and up to the desk. They don't have any bins out for donations, only returns.
Yes, they take many kinds of donations form kids books to comic books, to graphic novels and manga novels and education books and school text books to. So long as they are clean and in good shape. They are always welcomed at the libarary.
Yes, they offer many different classes. You can look them up or you can give them a call to see when their class will be available. Not sure if there is a charge. You will have to ask.

Yes! Our Bookmobile driver position is always accepting applications. This is currently our only open position, but you can check RacineLibrary.info/jobs or GovernmentJobs.com/careers/racinewi/# to apply and to see our newest listings as they come up.
Ebooks or audiobooks are used via tablets or laptops and even cellphones. Older versions can be listened via cassette players. Once downloaded or installed you can listen to a book through a media player that you commonly use.
You can't place a hold on movies for whatever reason. I can't explain the reasons as I don't work there. To my knowledge, this is true.
The library is open you can go in and look for it. Otherwise, use their website. If you have a library card you can sign in and put a book on hold. They will call or email you when it's ready for pickup.
It's best to call them. In my experience most businesses do not check for questions on here. I've only seen it happen a couple times. Today they're open from 11a to 4p. I hope this info helps.
