It's an antique mall, it's comprised of individually owned stalls. The mall doesn't buy anything. If I recall there were a few stalls with some clocks, might want to call or stop in and ask about how to contact the stall owners that have clocks. If they don't buy maybe they would do a consignment.
East State is a typical antique mall, comprised of many individual dealers. Several have clocks. I'd suggest you call the mall office.
