No I dont think they buy things or items, but you are free to ask different vendors.
There where signs to buy in individual booths, but better ask 🏠
Not sure...suspect individual dealers may, but don't know for certain.
It's a mall with individual sellers with stalls. The staff belong to the mall, the stall owners are not present. Your best bet is to go to the mall and find stall owners who sell furniture and ask the mall staff for contact information for the stall owners.
