Ok so I was waiting for court papers to come in the mail telling me when I had court never revived them on the mycase.in website says it was on the 2nd and I have a warrant issued for arrest how do i straiten this out with out jail

Call the court and ask them what you need to do. They will sometimes reschedule your court date. Other times, you will need to turn yourself in, get processed, and bond out.

If the warrant is a bench warrant, then you can ask your attorney to file a warrant with the court asking that the bench warrant be recalled. If there warrant is not a bench warrant, then you will have to surrender to the jail; but if you have the required bail deposit, you will be able to bail yourself out, which should take no more than four hours.
