I plan on moving back to Milwaukee and I'm currently living in Mississippi and my question is am I going to have to re-enroll with the va there or can I have everything transfered

All of your records, meds, etc. are available on myhealthvet.com. You can create an account if you don't have one. Then you have everything available whenever you need it. www.myhealth.va.gov

Everything can be transfered. I would go to Release of Information and get a CD copy of your entire local record prior to leaving both for yourself and to send ahead. This could save you time in the future if any of your records are not digitized due to age.
