Last time I was there, no, they did not. I'm not really sure where they would put one if they did. However, the Milwaukee Public Museum does.
They only had two of the domes open when I was there. The other one was being prepared for Christmas exhibit. Not sure if it had butterflies.
If you are looking for butterflies, go to the Milwaukee Public Museum, not the Domes. The museum has an interactive butterfly display year round
No they dont. They have a few birds and an iguana in the desert dome and some fish in the tropical one.
Nope
No..they have some new birds though.
Dawn, welcome to Milwaukee! There is a wonderful floral shop named Barb and Dick's on 124th and Watertown Plank Road in Wauwatosa. Barb is extremely active with the conservation of Monarch butterflies in the Milwaukee County grounds in Tosa. She even has Monarchs in her shop, chairs the conservation and gives wonderful lectures with pictures and books on the Monarch. I'm sure she would appreciate a call from you. Her group also plants and sells the butterfly weed. She's a great devoted person and I know you'll enjoy her! Good luck!
No butterflies at the domes.
Ok, thank you, do you know if there are any in Wisconsin?Ok, Thanks, I may need to bring them some butterflies, as I just moved from Florida and brought my Milkweed plant with me hoping to keep it indoors til spring, not knowing their were eggs on the leaves! So the caterpillars hatched in my apartment, and I k ow if they make it to butterfly stage it's too cold for me to release them here.
No.
The Domes have some butterflys flying around.
