No body answer the phone call after 30 minutes waiting on a phone call. And after ring the bell just some women inside the building shows behind the door saying that cant open or help with my question. Thanks
As noted on our website (https://southjerseyregionalanimalshelter.org/covid-19/), like many businesses our operations have been impacted by covid-19. We are working with a reduced staff and are limiting entrance to the facility to ensure the safety of customers & employees. There are signs posted asking visitors to ring the doorbell and wait for an employee to assist you from there. The phones are answered during business hours, but with reduced staff call times may be a bit longer than usual. We recommended that customers use our website to handle most tasks like viewing pets for adoption, reporting a lost/found pet, completing paperwork in advance, and scheduling medical services when at all possible.
You have to contact them online or go ring the doorbell and they come out n help u . It took me a month to get my kitten in cuz of this Covid but I finally got her in on Monday for vaccinations and flea treatment. Hope it helps
They are open... Maybe depending on what reason/dept you're calling for (clinic, adoption, etc) but they do answer (at least every time I've called during their hours) and are very responsive via email/their website. B the doors do remain closed as they are only letting one person in at a time due to covid.
