Yes you need an appointment, that's the first question at the door :), you can make the appointment through their website and make sure you have all the paperwork you need if not they won't be able to take care of your appointment.

I know you need an appointment to enter the building...They won't even let the parent of minor in when getting a permit or license 🤦‍♀️ I would say call but they don't answer so I would just go and try to hand them in only thing they can do is accept them or show u how to properly turn them in if they won't let you in.

You have to wait for it in the mail. They give you a temporary paper license until you receive it.

Walked in the other day, got a replacement liscense. No appointment. No title or registration done there tho
