I paid $5 in January of 2019
I believe the day use fee is 5$ for 12 and up, it is included in a state park pass if you have one of these. The farm itself is in the state park and there are no additional fees
You just have to pay park entry fees, but Penn Farm is not an additional charge at all. I can't remember how much it cost to get in the park, though. Go to Cedar Hill State Park website and you can find that info.
