Bhante Wimala from Sir Lanka speaks English. He gives dhamma talks in English Friday nights after 7:30 pm prayer service and 12:15 Sundays. He's also available other times. He'd be glad to teach you meditation--one of his areas of expertise. There are also monks from Thailand, though most monks here are Vietnamese. Not all of them speak English well.
