The whole staff here are wonderful. I’ve seen 2 doctors here and both are very attentive and seem genuinely care. They have a physical therapy room as well where on day one I’m already seeing more progress then I could have on my own.

It seems that meanness, arrogance and disrespect of customers the quality of these Concentra location. I’ve been in California Concentra location, but this Concentra employees are horrific and terrible. The front desk people show you straight face while you walk in & the lab guy tried to take my blood without washing hands & wearing gloves. I didn’t let him go by that because it’s my safety. He was mad and so did his boss and thought I was meant to them for their negligence.

Well, they treated me very well but they didn't test me for drugs because what they told me was that they were going to tell me And right now I'm out of work just because I went outside because I was very hungry I didn't go for lunch or breakfast on a 10th

I've been to a few Concentra in the past. This was my best experience so far. They Checked me in fast than expected, the Young lady that did my Procedures was very professional and speedy.
