I've been seeing Dr Ramon Garcia for almost 10 years. He is very intuitive, smart, caring, and asks questions and talks to you. He is now the medical director. The office staff has been rude and uncaring in the past. I think they are trying to change that. Now they send review request after each visit. The wait time is utterly ridiculous. I do not like the fact you have to wait & wait. Today my appt was 845am. It's now 10am and I'm in the room JUST WAITING!!! I like Dr Garcia, he takes very good care of me. His staff should match his professionalism .

I visited this clinic yesterday. I have to say, i was impressed on how different and clean it was. Receptionist in the front with glasses, helped me very quickly. She was able to put me in as a walk-in and pass me to a room, in 15-20 minutes which i appreciate, because no one likes the wait. My experience with Dr. Vitalina Adamchevska, was AMAZING. She explained everything so well, checked up on me twice and gave me medication in the office and prescribed meds too. My 4-stars is due to the rudeness and lack of attention from the nurse that did my weight, checked my blood pressure and asked the questions. Very rude. I made a comment by saying "oh my, 2 shots will be painful, huh?" She has the audacity as a NURSE ASSISTANT, to reply "you know i dont have to give it to you right?" Wow! I was mind blown. If you dont like to deal with patients, just quit, its that simple. Patients dont feel good, and for someone to make them feel uncomfortable is unacceptable. I did not get her name guys, but she was wearing all black scrubs, hispanic and black long hair in a bun, yesterday June/15/2022 @ 9am
