For the most part, I've eaten at the lunch buffet and I've found little to NO MSG in the food. However, as mentioned earlier, I would explicitly ask just to be sure.
Not all their food has MSG. But you can ask that your food be prepared without it. Enjoy! Happy eating. Peace out
