For a while my order was always being messed up or not even dropped off. Now that’s been all fine but our last several pizzas have been way over done with the sauce. If you put normal, it’s overwhelming. If you put light, there’s way too little. My kids wouldn’t even eat it this time because it was mostly sauce and after trying it I agree.

Update: Originally left 1 star due to the experience detailed below. However I’ve increased it to 3 stars after a good chat with the store manager. I’ve decided to order again and things have gone smoothly as before and if it continues I’ll increase it to 5 stars. Have ordered here many times and to my shock, today the customer service was beyond bad. Jason the manager hung up the phone on me, mind you, not yelling, not upset at all. I went in, thinking well maybe it was a mistake. When I got in the small blonde girl who refused to give her name, nor was she wearing glasses a nametag, was incredibly snappy and rude, also the manager, Jason, was the same way. The other 3 guys in the store were cool. Jason admitted to hanging up on me and said that although I was unhappy with my pizza I would have to pay again to get it made, because they are behind. Again, in shock at the abysmal customer service displayed by a manager, and how he let the blonde girl talk to me, I asked for the store managers contact. I was told that I could send an email to corporate. There is no other option. They could not tell me when the manager would be in to talk to me, they could not provide his email or anything. I will be following up on this. As a business owner myself, this is grounds for termination. In case you wonder what the original issue was, we had a very dry and cardboard like cheese pizza (never happened before) and feta was on our other pizza, and we did not ask for feta. Legitimate issues. Friendly customer. How were we denied and treated so poorly?!

These guys get it right everytime. I never have to worry about my food. Always hot and delicious. Absolutely can't go wrong with this crew !!!!!! I got a garlic butter crust with alfredo sauce chicken, spinach, and of course Parmesan cheese. And 9 other things LOL

Ordered some pizzas from this Domino's last night as part of the extended Cyber Monday 50% off promotion to cheer up my fiance who was having a bad week. We always ask the driver to bring extra cups so we can drink the 2L, as we are new to our apartment and don't have cups of our own yet. Not only was I promised cups we did not receive, our pizza was a disgusting mess! One came just fine, but the Brooklyn style Ultimate Pepperoni (we added diced tomatoes) was a mess. When the pizzas arrived, the driver knocked over our 2L and it was shaken up, which I could deal with. He then lifted the lid slightly on both pizzas to check quality, said everything looked good, and departed. When I got upstairs to serve the pizzas, the Ultimate pepperoni was a crumpled mess, was drowning in grease, and smelled bad as well. I could tell the crust was likely not fully cooked though I didn't bother to test it. We immediately called back. The store representative informed me the store had not had cups in stock for 3 weeks as no one really asks for them. I was frustrated, as the previous rep said she would be sure to include them in our order. The real issue came when I spoke to the manager, Jacqueline. Though she was happy to remake the pizza and send it back out, that wasn't the only thing I wanted. She also said there was "nothing we can do" about the grease due to the pepperoni. Since her driver thought that was an appropriate quality to serve me, I asked if there was anything else she could offer us for the terrible experience- thinking we could get a free soda or dessert or 10% off our next purchase, or at the very list remove the cost of this pizza from our order entirely. Not asking for the world, just a little something to make us feel better, as we've had issues with their customer service before. Her response? "That's what the remake is for ma'am." No, I'm sorry I cannot offer you anything else, no I understand this was frustrated but the remake is all I'm allowed to offer. It then took a full 30 minutes for the order to be ready to leave, even though we were told it would be remade right away. Thankfully the second pizza was good (and far less greasy, though we were told it was unavoidable), but I sent the first one back with the new driver so the manager could see exactly what sort of quality they had served to us! Please pictures of disgusting pizza quality below! We will NEVER order from Domino's again while we live here, since we can't even order from the other locations due to where our apartment is located (we do not have a car to drive over for carry out). I will also be contacting corporate.
