I'm so sorry you had a bad experience at Wal-Mart. I've been going to different Wal-Mart's over 20 years and every associate does there best to take care of each customer. There are always policies put into place to protect you, the associate, and the store. The Sachse, Tx Wal-Mart are raising their standards to better serve you.
