Is there a place near Sachse or Wylie to let my two visitors from Italy get on a horse for photos. For Monday Feb. 3.

Happy acres ranch is a horse boarding ranch, so all the horses are privately owned by individuals. But if go down there and talk to the ranch owners or any of the horse owners in person im sure that any of them would be more than willing to let your visitors take some photos. They are all really nice and friendly.
