The staff is terrific, and Dr Alfaro is totally the best; very knowledgeable and compassionate. However her partner Dr. Kenneth Stocks is a total ass. I wouldn't let him take care of my dog if he was the last vet in the world!
Just call them first. They are very nice people and care about your pets a lot..When I had to put my Sundea down they 😢 with me too. I'm very Thankful to them.
Better to make appointments.
They do take walk ins depending on how busy or problem having. Appointed patients are seen first and walk ins worked in. If you are not already a client, they will probably not take as a walk in.
You need an appointment they don't take walk ins.
