Outdoor power equipment and major appliances are only returnable within 30 days after purchase. After that, you must go through the manufacturer, unless you bought an extended protection plan. With the protection plan, they can accept a return, as well as doing an exchange or sending the product out for repair. Paint can only be returned within 30 days, and they can't take it if a significant amount has been used. Almost everything else is within 90 days. Pretty much everything by Kobalt will require a receipt for return or exchange. Items that come in a pack must all be returned together. Not nine out of a pack of ten, for example. Used toilet products will not be accepted for return. Items such as used plungers, toilet seats, augers, etc. Craftsman items that were purchased at Sears cannot be returned or exchanged here. Holiday items from last year will not be accepted. Holiday items will not be accepted for return after the holiday has passed.
Lowe's Return Policy. In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved by using the original credit card, checking account number, MyLowe's card or by your phone number. For returns without a valid receipt, in-store credit may be issued for the item's current selling price.
