What's the reason they can rarely make Blasts? Not cool when you wait in line repeatedly only to find out...no Sonic Blasts today. Do not stop here, waste of time!

This location rarely does much of anything it's franchised to do or be known for, unfortunately. Customer service is absolete and most often rude or ignored, timely response and fast service is a concept of physics that nobody understands or cares to work on, their equipment is rarely usable or has constant issues, their employees are rude and lack support from anyone at corporate to hire the needed help so that people are not overly stretched on their duties to be of good service to their paying customer...the list goes on and on and until corporate takes some accountability, I feel bad for both those that work at this location and the people that are within the area hoping to get the customer service they deserve. Not sure why its such an issue at this location in specific and for whatever reason, even with months of consistently poor reviews, nothing has changed, not in the slightest. Stinks because they used to be my go to for yummy snacks, now I cringe at even trying to order here
