One door dash driver had to give up waiting for my order as it took so long the second driver almost gave up it was an easy order so I'm not sure why it was so difficult

Get ready to be studiously ignored wait 20 plus mins for a cold burger every time wo fail here seriously same experience 8 or more trips in a month if I had a car I'd avoid this place like COVID-19 but you can probably get that here too from the guy camped permanently on the booth by bathroom. Coloring?

Why have a double Drive-Thru but only allow the use of one lane? And why not just designate they second unused one for delivery drivers only, since you'all didn't hear the first 2 times I placed the order, hell a second window would be nice to!

They have stickers on the floor to indicate six feet social distancing, and they also require masks for all entering the building. Otherwise they encourage the drive-thru or to order via a delivery app like Uber Eats.

How are you too busy looking at your employees phone to not pay attention to what you're doing? That's what I'd like to know.
