Well That a restaurant once it passes the counter is considered contaminated food and can not come back into the kitchen to be reserved as just basic food handling 1 or 1
I dont see an issue with cooking the same burger more, its still a good burger, just needed to cooked more. Would you throw away all your undercooked burgers that u made on your BBQ?
Yes. Bring back the burger bring it up to temp. Maybe I would get new bun and burger set up. No problem.
I have never had a bad experience at Red Robin. Excellent food. Great people.
