I agree the garding checkout should be one of the 20 items or less deal's because i may have just a few thing's and in a hurry or just need thing's from there so I agree with you 100% but try out the online shopping now you can order it and pick it up the same day

My best solution is to tell customer service, that other registers need the barcode. Im a cashier and having the code would be helpful.
