People bring there dogs in carts and carrying them all the time just dont touch the floor lol your good
If it is a service animal, otherwise you will be breaking the law, and technically trespassing.
Health regulations state that only Service animals are allowed to enter any facility with food in any form. And the animal can not touch anything the the food touches (i.e. a shopping cart) and Emotional support animals don't count either. If te health department sees it themselves. Then the facility can be closed for business and you could receive a fine.
