most non profit organizations do, but you'll have to call to know for sure
Yes they do they are closed Monday but you can check with them any other day of the week and I know they'd be glad to have a volunteer

I worked there, the new manager is putting animals down left and right! I would not recommend anyone taking animals there. The best place to volunteer is Dallas Animal Services and Adoption on Westmoreland Rd in Dallas
