Its not just the tax. The same catridge i pay $35 for in debeque is $60+tax in Palisade. $40 an 1/8 is what i paid in 2007 when good weed was just being introduced. It blows my mind that they charge that. My only answer is greed. Two more licenses are in the works in Palisade, I can't wait for them to have local competition. Fortunately for them there are many people in the valley whose car can't take the trip on the interstate.
New dispensary coming to palisade. Nothing like some good competition. I hear this new one has great prices at their other locations. Hope they have 100 dollar ounces so I don't have to drive 50 to 80 miles round trip.
Location, location, location. Until junction allows dispensaries, it will remain expensive. I do not like how they input your info in the computer. That is not state law. All we can do is drive to debeque or continue bringing ballot measures in GJ. That being said, it is a super nice dispensary and the people are great. I’m sure palisade will calm down eventually on their local monopoly, or be forced to do so with eventual competition.
You can get pre pack 14 grams for 55 so two of them is an ounce for 110. So whats the problem?

Think about it by the time u drive to debeque and back u just wasted 10$ in gas. Plus they the last dispensary before the border so it’s business
