Very good and tasty craft beer selection. Robbie took great care of us and was very helpful with information about the beer varieties. Tacos on Taco Tuesday were a little fatty/grisly but still tasty. Pretzels with the beer cheese was delish. The place inside is a little bare/spartan. The outside is more festive and has a better vibe. The Dirty Hippie is the bomb. We'll be back.

I really love visiting local places when I travel, it tells me so much more about the place (and people) I'm visiting. Plus it gives me an opportunity to support the local economy. Having had a Palisade beer at another venue, I was really looking forward to this visit. I was told it was one of the best burgers on the western side. Unfortunately, burgers aren't served on Thursdays, nor are wings. I ordered a Reuben instead. After waiting quite some time for my food I went to check on it and it was still several checks back and I asked to cancel it as the rest of my party was ready to leave. Not only did they cancel my food order, but also my entire tab. While not large, I certainly didn't expect to be comped for things that I had already consumed (and was happy to pay for). The staff was a bit overwhelmed, we had a large party (30ish), and tried to call ahead but were dismissed because they don't take reservations. All in all I'd have been happy to pay for what I got, I'd have been happier if the staff had a bit more gracious attitude, but we all have our days. The beer was good, the food that I got to try was also good. Worth another try but with a much smaller group (or solo).

Great vibes and awesome atmosphere. Very intimate and great for a couples date. Awesome food and even better selections of drinks. I love a darker beer so woodcutters daughter was definitely my fave. Dark and close to a meal in a cup. Also had the pumpkin spiced cider and that was way better than I thought. For real that cider is legit. Awesome experience all around and great people. Thank you for your awesome service and keep up the great work!!

Great beers and great food. For having one brewery in town... this place sets a high bar. It is a local favorite and it's clear to see why. I highly recommend this place and it's definitely a place I'd visit twice in a one day trip.

Because Palisade Brewing Co is an awesome place to work.
Not in Denver, we're still a pretty small local operation for now.
