Where is parking for events at Talkingstick Resort Arena? Is parking a parking ramp or an open lot?

Across the street south, east and northwest across from the arena. All in walking distance.

There is a parking garage next the arena that is over priced. The parking lots surrounding the arena can be cheaper.
