I found a parking lot 3 blocks away on 5th street. I took Lyft from there. Parking was $12 flat and i used my placard. Easy enough spots to find. The elevator went right out to the street, and Lyft picked me up and dropped me off right in front of the arena.
Garage parking is $20. You could try meter parking at $1.50/hour.
