I have a Senior Citizen who's A/C has gone out. She has had a A/C company come out twice and charged her and still has not fixed her A/C. will your come out and diagnosis the A/C for free? so We can get the TRUTH. Please Help.

You should probably contact another company. George Brazil has been recorded lying to clients about warranties, systems failures etc. Most companies will do no charge second opinions.
