No they don't have rental options or they didn't when we went
Not sure if they have any rental options but if you have something available the premises are extremely accommodating for people with special mobility needs.

They dnt have rentals for scooter or wheelchair. There is a scheduled tram that runs every few hours through the garden with an informational audiobook
They do have a tram that goes through the garden.
