By far the filthiest McDonalds I have been too. 42nd is bad but this place is worse. The trash was over flowing and falling out the bins the fountain station was disgusting. The floors were a mess. None of the tables were clean and they had no ketchup cups and ppl made a mess every where with it. And the young man that helped us was very rude and had a bad attitude.

The line was ridiculous and when to the drive thru to order they gave me a computerized service. I started ordering my food and it messed up my whole order i asked for direct help and by the time someone helped me four cars has passed by in the drive thru. Worst ever !!! Line was still ridiculously 20 mins after i ordered my food and still havnt gotten to the window to pay!!

2019 3* Definitely not clean in here. Asked them to clean it and they cleaned somewhere else. Asked the girl while cleaning to clean where we wanted to sit, and she ignored me and kept cleaning tables somewhere else. Eventually, we cleaned it ourselves. Food was not right, missing items and incorrectly made orders. We won't be back often here even if they have an indoor playground. Not worth it for the family.

Dose this really need any explanation....? Supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwhich... and this isn't the 1st time.... I mean really dose it not click in thier head?? "HMMM this doesn't look right" apparently not.. ordered 3, they were all like this. Sure you can argue the fact that they may be running low on the sauce, if that's the case than they must be running out EVERYTIME I order a spicy chicken...

In the McDonald's I have visited, the precautions are pretty straightforward. The self-order kiosks are shut down to mitigate those touch surfaces, they have shields between the cashier and the customer, and they place the food on a separate area with another shield for pickup by the customer.
