Great place to get out and enjoy Nature! Lots of trails and stuff to see. Racoon valley trail is my favorite.

Pretty place. Lots of oak trees. Numerous trails of varying challenge levels, well marked. Maps available at the parking lot. One route takes you to the banks of the Missouri. If you're not a member, do bring a $5 for the fee box to support the facilities.

It's beautiful, good trails - not a long drive, but feels like you are far from the city. Lots of different birds, and wildlife.

Trails are well marked and maintained. There is a good mix of challenge. Beautiful views. Limited parking, but seemed to be enough. No paved or otherwise even "boardwalk" option so not an accessible environment for wheelchairs, strollers, wagons or other mobility aids.

Picnic- YES, play- kinda, but please stay on the trails. It's a nature center preserving the habitat and sensitive Loess soil.
Yes! I see a lot of people with dogs of all breeds here. Even some without leashes as long as they are well behaved.
Hi Jacob - Neale Woods daily admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for children (age 2-17). There is a lockbox at Neale Woods for cash payment. You can also pay over the phone by calling 402-731-3140. Thank you!
Needle woods requires a pass to Fontenelle Forest, but there is no one to collect it out check you in; it's on the honor system with a spot to deposit your payments
I believe the fee is actually $5/adult. Not sure about child pricing.
No :( at least they didn't a year ago
