The Farmers' Market has a number of vendors, each of which brings their own goods. I did not notice any strawberry jam when I was there yesterday, but strawberries aren't really in season yet. They open at 15:00 every Thursday (except Maundy Thursday and Thanksgiving), so your best bet is to visit often and ask questions.
Yes. There were several vendors there selling jams and preserves. Visit them all before purchasing.
