Apartment complex has slowly been deteriorating since we moved here. Whom ever is the management now is money hungry and doesn’t care about the opinion of paying tenants unless it effects their bottom dollar. My unit had a broken fridge that we complained about for months which they finally came and replaced it with another used fridge with different issues. It took them 6 months to replace our A/C. We requested a garage for a newly purchased vehicle that they said would be ready in weeks which turned into months forcing us to settle for a car port that we still pay for but if a piece of paper isn’t hanging from our mirror it’s liable to be towed. Our rent went up an exponential amount of money and “managements” explanation to us was “we are located next to a prestige school so if you won’t pay it someone else will.” Front desk receptionists are amazing at there job, management sets them up for failure. Don’t recommend to move here.

The only reason for all the 5 star reviews is because their model is very nice and applicants get their $50 application fee back after writing a review. I am a current resident, there is a reason this place has so many open apartments right now. Management is poor, to say the least. The employees have no accountability and act like you're bothering them every time you go to ask a question. They had one good office guy that actually cared about residents, he left so now it is all people who can't be bothered, including managers. If you don't live on the top floor you can hear every footstep of the occupants above you. The vehicle gates at the front are always broken so anyone can come into the community. The main gates are always unlocked so the pool is often full of non-residents. Maintenance is a joke, requests take weeks to fill. Not to mention that when you submit a request, that gives them free access to your apartment and they don't provide any notice to the resident the day they're coming. Took 2 weeks for them to come fix my maintenance request, but wait it gets better. Came home from work to find 20+ different apartment keys hanging out of my door handle. Still frustrated that nobody notified me, I walked into my apartment to advise the maintenance man that they should give notice the day of, BUT the maintenance man wasn't there! My apartment had nobody in it. Anybody walking by could've grabbed those keys and accessed 20+ apartments instantly. The maintenance man comes back 5-10 minutes later and acts like he did nothing wrong. He left my apartment unlocked with 20+ keys free for anybody walking by, putting not only my things at risk but many other community members as well. I expressed my concern to management and it fell on deaf ears. All goes back on management, but like I said previously they have poor managers who have zero accountability just like their employees. Looking forward to moving after my lease is up and for the "reach out to us to make it better" reply. If anything changes then I'll gladly update this review.

These apartments homes are very nice and beautiful. Looks comfy and cozy. Leasing team are great. Easy to work with.
