So far I am pretty impressed by this company. Tara and her team have been wonderful during the transition from a pretty not do good mgt company. All I can say is that if you are currently in a relationship with a bad hoa mgt company…. You don’t not have to stay with them. Tara’s and team are responsive, they answer emails, have good customer service skills. A verrrrry differemt experience than what we have dealt with from previous company. I have nothing but good things to say s out Houston HOA mgt

Ive been working with Houston HOA since last October and I will say they have handled the HOA's Business and Owners business with professionalism. I think they are one of the best HOA management companies I have work with over the year. Thank you again

Good Morning, Yes, the caplization fee is $750.00 and is negotiated at the time of closing as to which party will pay the fee.

The fence between my house and the neighbor behind collapsed after the hurricane .I did paid 2.345 dollars for the new fence and the neighbor paid me only 300 dollars, it took 3 years for 300 bucks out of 2.345 dollars that we suppose to go half half

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot identify you in our software as an owner in a community that we manage; however, we will try to help. Shared fences can be tricky as these are shared expenses between neighbors. The proper procedure would be to contact your neighbor prior to replacing the fence to discuss financial obligation, choosing of a vendor, and payment options. You might want to reach out to your neighbor again and provide the receipt of payment for the fence and ask for them to cover their portion of the financial obligation. If they are unable to pay, you might want to offer them a payment plan.
