I agree. Some people are lonely and maybe the casino is where their family is. They may have nowhere else to go and it will be better than staying home, whether or not they gamble...
Christmas isn't celebrated for the right reasons anymore. (It is after all the most important Birthday, EVER). But it has become all about the presents, sales, $$$, etc. Also, there are many places that are open on Christmas day. The first one that should be frowned upon is not the casino's, but the bars. People are supposed to have free will, not judged on how they spend their holidays.
Volunteer at a church or home. The point is if the customers aren't there then people that are working can be with families
