Great bed, friendly staff, amazing hot tub and just one down fall. The alarm kept going off. We love it here though.

Horrible housekeeping place could be nice but it's lacking care. Staff isn't very friendly except the afternoon lady at the front desk older women other then that can't say much. Not to mention the fire alarm has been going off all day and 2 nights in a row now when people have to get up early for work and wakes my child out of a dead sleep. And the dogs barking that someone left in their truck in cages all night. Where I am from its illegal to leave your pets in a hot vehicle let alone locked in cages as well. Won't be returning.

Staff at front desk don't appear to care about guests. I walked in and waited along time before someone acknowledged me and they were not friendly at all. Very slow as well. Will not be back. Hotel needs room renovations.

Stayed here about 5-6 years ago on a long drive back from Detroit. Desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Even offered a CAA discount (probably cause they could tell I was exhausted). Nice clean rooms. A great little port in a storm.
